Laura holds a postgraduate diploma in psychotherapy and counselling from Regents University, and is a registered member of the British Association of Psychotherapy and Counselling.
She has trained in several therapeutic approaches, and has over ten years experience: in addition to her private practice, Laura currently works at Home Start where she sees clients from all ages and cultural backgrounds.
Laura offers empathy and understanding to people undergoing difficulties including; bereavement, relationship issues, divorce, fertility problems, eating disorders, low self -esteem, mid- life crises.
During the initial session clients can talk about their concerns in a space where they can feel valued, respected and supported. Following this, sessions take place weekly at the same time.
Laura believes in building a trusting nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, allowing you to talk through difficulties in an understanding and compassionate environment.
Therapy can be short or long-term, depending on the client’s needs.
