Proper meditation is not complicated, but it is not easy – and the experience is wonderful.

With proper practice, the benefits can be profound, ranging from simple relaxation to moments of pure serenity, moments that increase in frequency and duration as you practice. At Anamaya, we want this serenity to become the ‘base line’ of your daily life.

At our meditation classes you will be introduced to the fundamentals of meditation technique, both body and mind, fundamentals that you can take with you to use in a daily meditation practice to build your serenity.

We offer one-on-one meditation, £100 per 60 minute session.
