Lumecca (IPL) is the most powerful intense pulsed light (IPL) to treat pigmented and vascular lesions. After use, patients notice significant improvements in the complexion and clarity of the skin. Lumecca operates using photo-thermolysis, which provides a photo facial through the delivery of a comfortable light treatment.

In just 1-3 sessions Lumecca (IPL) treatments improve the appearance of:

Age spots (red/brown pigmentations)
Sun damage
Vascular lesions (spider veins, port wine stains, leg telangliectasias)
Rosacea (redness)
Freckles
Lumecca can be used on all areas of the body. The most common areas of treatment are zones that are regularly exposed to the sun. This often includes the face, neck, décolletage, legs, hands and arms.

Radio Frequency is a relaxing treatment that involves the application of a cosmetic gel and a warm wand passing over the skin in sweeping circular motions. The wand gently heats the lower levels of the skin to approximately 43°c; this tricks the brain into thinking there has been a potential injury and stimulates a healing response. This in turn causes increased collagen production and tightening of elastin fibres. The tightening of elastin fibres is instant meaning the skin appears tighter and lifted from just the first treatment. This is a red carpet treatment Ideal for before events.

The Forma Radio Frequency skin tightening session will include a tailored skin peel and a thorough cleanse and polish treatment with  herbal O Zone steam.

A course of Radio Frequency treatments will help to lift, firm and tighten skin by aiding the skin’s own ability to produce collagen and elastin. Skin concerns including fine lines and wrinkles, sagging skin & acne scarring are targeted. This treatment includes a very unique combination of a treatment called Hydrafacial and a concoction of antioxidants, plant stem cells and other active ingredients that will be put together to  tailor to each individuals skin needs.

You will receive a Herbal O Zone Steam infused with a special blend of  powerful essential oils (Lavender, Bergamot,Chamomile, Ylang-Ylang and Frankincense) The special blend will be tailored to your specific skin type.The steam gets into the pores and contributes to the elimination of black spots, make-up remains and pollution. It helps to release the natural toxins of the skin and creates a protective layer to help defend your skin from daily pollution leading to premature ageing. O Zone steaming also has a germicide, sterilising and anti-inflammatory effect

This is then followed with Hyaluronic acid and Collagen infusion with intense LED lights to plump and nourish and strengthen your skin while locking antioxidants and stem cells into your skin which then creates a protective layer on the surface of your skin. This in turn will prevent premature ageing through daily pollution and sun damage.

We will then perform an Oxygen treatment which uses Antioxidants and Active Plant Stem Cells that are pushed deep into your skin using a sophisticated oxygen technology.

We will finish with a 10 min Radio frequency lifting treatment which will  lift, firm and tighten the skin by aiding the skin’s own ability to produce collagen and elastin. In some cases where a patient’s skin is young and firm this part of the treatment may not be necessary therefore this section will be replaced with extra stem cell and vitamin infusion.

Skin Peels are approached on a strictly bespoke basis at the Anamaya/Skin By Simona Clinic. All client’s have different skin aspirations and skin types therefor the type of peel used is carefully considered prior to application.

A wide range of peels are available with different purposes for the individual’s needs. Very mild peels that has an immediate polished look is available prior to events or special occasions with no flaking or down time associated. For patients with acne or acne scarring stronger peels are available which will aid the scarring to reduce and the visibility and severity of acne affected skin.

All peels work by gently rubbing the skin with a non-toxic chemical solution to remove the unwanted top layer. This encourages collagen production and cell renewal, to reveal an age-defying healthier, younger-looking you.

Treatment is pain-free, though some peels can lead to light swelling of the affected area or peeling of the skin for a few days after the procedure.
