What to expect
Once you have booked an initial consultation, you will be sent a questionnaire and a 4-day diet diary, which you need to return by email before you come to see Roberta. If you are unsure whether to book straight away, Roberta is happy to offer a free exploratory conversation by phone or Skype to understand your needs and assess whether she can help you. You can contact her at roberta@robertabaldo.com or on 07710134722.
Your initial consultation will last up to an hour and gives us an opportunity to explore your symptoms and their possible causes. Roberta may recommend tests carried out by private laboratories, if further information is needed to ascertain the causes of your imbalances, or liaise with your GP or other healthcare providers where appropriate and with your permission.
We will work together to set your goals and produce a plan involving changes in diet and lifestyle, and possibly supplements. The plan is entirely personal, based on your own genetics and history, your individual lifestyle and tastes, so that you are able to make changes easily and effectively.
Follow-up consultations usually last 30 minutes and usually take place four to six weeks after the first. If you would like a longer session to review your plan or get feedback on your test results, you may like to book a 1 hour follow-up.
Follow-up consultations can also be carried out on Skype.
