Hilde is a Transpersonal Psychotherapist (registered with BACP) and Personal Development Coach and has completed the Martha Beck/Wayfinder Life Coach training.

Taye Davey

Taye’s warm style and presence, along with a wealth of professional knowledge and wisdom, makes her practice a welcoming and safe space.

She works with clients ranging in age from young adults onwards on different life challenges. These include relationships, family systems, grief, career re-evaluation, depression, overwhelm, anxiety, addictions, co-dependency and abuse.

With a passionate interest in transformation, Taye acknowledges that, at pivotal points in life, we are required to make changes and sometimes difficult choices. She is certainly an advocate for the shift from surviving to thriving!

A qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor since 2003, Taye started her professional journey in 1996 at Regent’s University London. She holds a three-year Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy, a two-year professional training in Bert Hellingers systemic and Family Systems Constellations, along with qualifications in Encounter Centre Couples Therapy and Adlerian Counselling.

She is a member of the BACP and works within its ethical framework ensuring confidentiality and respect. She always holds her clients’ best interests at heart.

Taye has been researching and studying the body-mind connections for over three decades including teaching yoga for the past 25 years. A trained Iyengar teacher, she has further expanded her practice by training in four other schools of yoga. This includes Yoga Therapy Essentials and teaching yoga to children.

Taye has worked in Kensington and Chelsea throughout her career and works online and in person.

Emmanuelle Cadji-Newby

Emmanuelle is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, working with adults and adolescents, across a wide range of issues.

Emmanuelle’s approach focuses primarily on enabling you to understand what brought you to where you are today, and where you want to be. With this understanding, together you will develop solutions to help get you there.

Each client is unique, and Emmanuelle uses a blend of approaches to meet your specific needs. She is an integrative counsellor, and has also trained in CBT techniques.

Emmanuelle works with people dealing with anxiety and depression, facing challenges with their relationships, or looking to improve their ability to tackle personal challenges.

Emmanuelle has experience working with people in the creative industry and high pressured work environments, having experience of managing and owning communication agencies earlier in her life.

Emmanuelle also has specialist experience in working with young adults, having worked in a Sixth Form College for more than ten years.

Emmanuelle is specially trained in dealing with trauma and eating disorders, she holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London.

Emmanuelle has also furthered her knowledge by completing the following training:

Emmanuelle belongs to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), to the Association of Integrative Coach Therapist Professionals (AICTP) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

Earlier in her life she also studied in New York and Paris with a focus on politics, and later communication and gained an MBA.

Martina Paglia B.Psych, MSc Psych, MA, Psy.D, HCPC Reg

Martina is a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist. Ten years of training gained her a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Clinical and Community Psychology from the Salesian Pontifical University of Rome, and an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies accredited by the University of East London, Professional Practice in Psychology licensing examination (Psy.D) at La Sapienza University of Rome. As befits this level of qualification, she is registered with the leading professional organisations within the UK and Italy. She is also Chartered with The Italian Psychological Society.

Her specialist subject is in Clinical, Community and Developmental Psychology, specifically including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics and neuropsychology, covering five distinct psychological therapies and lifespan development psychology. She has also studied techniques for working with people with eating disorders and body dysmorphia, and preclinical psychodynamic and systemic training on work with children, adolescents and families. She also completed the Foundation Course and the Post-Foundation Course at the Institute of Psychoanalysis in London.

This is her base for both individual and group psychological therapies, which she has used working in leading institutions in the City of London, including the National Healthcare System, Local Authorities, Private Practice and Charities. This therapeutic experience covers working with under 5s and their parents, children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Martina has at her disposal various structured therapy programmes and counselling techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mentalization-based Treatment (MBT), Psychodynamic Counselling, Play Therapy, Parent-Infant Therapy, Parent-Child Therapy, Gestalt and Humanistic Therapy.

Martina’s recent work includes interventions in cases of anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorders, dysfunctional family issues, neurodevelopmental issues, learning disabilities, self-harm, eating disorders, suicide and parental abuse. I am highly skilled in assessing and treating severe psychological disorders, especially avoidant and borderline personality disorder as well as addiction and eating disorders.

Laura Lonsdale MA/PG Dip

A qualified member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy with over ten years experience, Laura offers compassion in helping people overcome life’s difficulties.

Being understood and respected can shift how we feel about ourselves and Laura works with compassion and understanding helping people explore their experiences without feeling judged. She deals with wide ranges of issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship problems and low self esteem. These seem more manageable when brought to the surface and no problem is too small to address.

Feeling stuck in a situation can be a hard struggle alone and making a phone call to book an appointment can be the first step to recovery and healing. Laura can help shift your perspective with her positive attitude, offering relief and more able to move on with your life. She works with kindness and patience to help find your strengths and abilities to cope.
