Jenna is a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Sound Therapist & Quantum Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
With an integrative approach Jenna is able to tailor her approach to her work with her clients. Jenna works with you to find the best approach that suits your needs. Over time you will build a relationship that has trust at its core.
In understanding how you relate to yourself and others you will begin to unfold where issues have developed. She seeks to provide a growth facilitating environment for her clients where you can look at any issues that are causing distress and in time begin to repair and heal these parts of you.
From this understanding and the application of new ways of approaching your life and relationships you will work towards helping find more peace, more mindful awareness, more acceptance and love for yourself and those around you.
The process will begin with an introductory phone call to enable Jenna to better understand what it is you are looking for.
There is no set time frame for how long this journey is, and taking the first step can often feel like the hardest, but with regular check ins, honest feedback and trust you will find your way, together, along this path.

Sound Therapy can help evoke the “theta brainwave state” which is a deep state of relaxation like meditation. The theta brainwave state is linked with creativity, intuition and dreaming. It is the state of mind where the conscious chatter of the mind fades, and we drop into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).
With the use of specific frequencies and tones sound can help move blockages, emotions, and energy through the body.

45mins Introduction to Sound Healing – £50
For those new to sound healing, who wish to simply receive the frequencies and experience the world of cosmic vibration and healing through sound.
60mins Sound Healing – £70
For those who have experienced sound healing before, there will be a gentle introduction of using the voice and some slow movement, before diving into the deeper journey taking you on a trip through the cosmos.
75mins Yoga & Sound – £85
40mins gentle vinyasa, slowly working into the body to warm it up and start moving energy and blockages, preparing it to receive the healing frequencies in a 30mins sound bath after a short savasana.
90mins Yoga, Nidra & Sound – £100
40mins gentle vinyasa, followed by 15mins Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep/guided meditation) rounded off with a 30mins sound journey.
