Graham offers remote sessions, using either Skype or FaceTime. These are identical in content to face-to-face sessions: they are not psychotherapy, they are sessions in which you learn about emotions, and how you can use mind training to control them, to prevent them taking over your life.
Sessions can be conducted from home, or, if you are in the area, from the meditation Room at Anamaya.
Over time, you will come to understand the nature and the role of your emotions, and how they operate — and how they can take control of your life. You will also develop tools to help you manage your emotions, to come to understand them, to respect them while not allowing them to permeate all aspects of your life.
